🕑 Validate all system safety circuits for proper function.
🕒 Inspect the indoor coil and drain pan; confirm correct pitch and add a treatment tablet.
🕓 Verify blower motor speed; inspect bearings, check for oil loss, and ensure proper balance.
🕔 Clean the outdoor condenser coil using approved chemicals, if permitted by the manufacturer.
🕕 Inspect refrigerant tubing and coils for visible leaks or damage.
🕖 Measure air temperature differential between supply and return ducts.
🕗 Test reversing valve and defrost control board for correct operation.
