What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day

  • Manage the service schedule to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

  • Provide courteous and professional phone support

  • Engage with customers via inbound calls

  • Serve as a key customer-facing point of contact when schedule changes arise

  • Communicate with customers regarding arrival windows, delays, and updates

  • Support technicians with job details, notes, and real-time adjustments

  • Monitor job progress, parts status, and follow-ups

  • Help ensure smooth daily operations and 5-star customer experiences

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or office coordination experience (home services strongly preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

  • Customer-first mindset with professionalism and empathy

  • Comfort with modern software and scheduling tools (ServiceTitan a plus)

  • Team-first mindset with dependable attendance and punctuality
