🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

As a residential service plumber, your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential homes

• Servicing and replacing water heaters (standard and tankless)

• Troubleshooting leaks, fixture issues, and general plumbing problems

• Performing routine maintenance and system checks

• Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions

• Documenting work, estimates, and parts using ServiceTitan

• Working alongside our HVAC team to deliver a seamless customer experience

👷 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid plumbing license (Connecticut)

• Has strong experience in residential service and repair

• Takes pride in clean, professional work and appearance

• Communicates well with customers and teammates

• Shows up on time and is dependable

• Has a desire to keep learning and improving
