🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As a service technician, you’ll be working directly with homeowners to keep their systems running safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
(furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and A/C systems)

  • Performing system checks and seasonal maintenance

  • Identifying issues and explaining solutions clearly to customers

  • Making recommendations that prioritize safety, reliability, and long-term performance

  • Documenting work, estimates, and parts using ServiceTitan

  • Working with the team to deliver same-day or next-day service whenever possible

👨‍🔧 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in residential HVAC service and troubleshooting

  • Takes pride in clean, professional work and appearance

  • Communicates well with customers and teammates

  • Is dependable, punctual, and organized

  • Has a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
